Web Address: Your store should be unique to you and your community, and a great way to start is with a personalized web address. We will take care of all the research and purchase a web address for you. We can also easily set up the site using a current web address.
Branding The Site: The next step is “skinning” the site with your logo and colors. If you don’t have a logo, we can help you with this. We can also skin the site seasonally or to celebrate school events.
Base Catalog: Your store will come with a base catalog of products; items that we see as top sellers for organizations like schools, teams, and anyone with a fan base. From there, you can decide on any additional products you would like to add to your web catalog.
Access: The Spirit Solution provides controlled access to the maintenance portion of the website for staff and students to help in managing products or viewing sales reports.

MARKETING YOUR SITE
Advertising Space: One way to drive traffic to your site is by utilizing advertising space available for you to sell to local businesses, just as you may already be doing with your sports programs or yearbooks.
Coupon Codes: The Spirit Solution can also provide you with different coupon codes to distribute to customers. There are many options for discounts.

PROCESSING ORDERS
1. Custom Products: Custom products are products that are ordered and personalized on an individual basis. These products are paid for directly by the consumer through the e-commerce website. We will provide you with a list of products and their cost. You provide us with the sell price or a percentage of profit margin.
2. Bulk Ordered Products: Bulk Products are merchandise that is ordered in large quantities for cost saving and efficiency. These are typically items ordered in quantities of 24 or more. We will provide you with your cost and invoice you directly for the cost of the order.
3. Supplied Products: Supplied products are products that have been purchased by the school from a vendor other than The Spirit Solution. We understand that you ay have some previous relationships with local vendors who support your programs, or perhaps there is a unique product that we cannot provide for you.
Club/Organizational/Special Orders: In addition to offering custom, bulk, and supplied products on the site, your website may also serve as a portal for collecting special orders. Items are kept on the site for a specific amount of time and are then batched and ordered together, eliminating the need to collect cash or checks as well as those pesky order sheets.
Production Schedules: Custom products will typically have a turn around time of about 2 weeks. Bulk products will take about 2-weeks to manufacture. We can rush production on any products for special circumstances. Just ask!
Fulfillment Schedules: Custom products will be fullfilled within the 2-week turn around time. Bulk products may be fulfilled within 2 business days, once the product has been manufactured. Supplied products fulfillment will vary based on the products, vendor and who is processing the order.
Shipping: Orders processed through the site will be charged standard UPS ground rates. We may also be able to allow free shipping for picking up product at the school.

MAKING MONEY
Rebates: Rebates are issued based on the product category. Custom products will receive the difference between cost and sell price. Bulk products will receive the entire retail price of the item. Supplied products will receive the entire retail price of the item less 10% transaction fee.
Reporting: The Spirit Solution will provide a report of all transactions based on the schools accounting classifications. Reporting can be done monthly or quarterly to suit each program.
